Caregiver Support
1
Family Advocacy & Educational Planning
We provide personalized support to help caregivers navigate the IEP and 504 Plan process with clarity and confidence. From reviewing evaluations and developing goals to preparing for meetings, we guide families through every step to ensure their child receives appropriate and individualized services. Our services include a thorough review of current IEPs or 504 Plans with detailed feedback on goals, accommodations, services, and legal compliance. We assist caregivers in organizing priorities, preparing questions, and confidently advocating for their child’s needs. For added support, we also offer the option to attend meetings as a coach or advocate, helping ensure effective communication and collaborative outcomes.
2
Caregiver Workshops
We offer individualized and small-group coaching sessions, as well as interactive workshops, designed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and tools to confidently support their child’s education. Sessions focus on topics such as behavior management, communication strategies, understanding neurodiversity, navigating the special education system, and building effective collaboration with schools. Whether through personalized coaching or group learning, each experience is tailored to meet family needs and designed to build advocacy skills, foster confidence, and create a supportive community of empowered caregivers.

In-Home Behavioral Support & Parent Coaching
We provide individualized, in-home support to help families manage challenging behaviors, build positive routines, and promote communication and independence. Through parent coaching sessions, we work directly with you to develop practical behavior strategies tailored to your child’s strengths and needs. Our approach ensures consistency between home and school, empowering parents with tools that are effective, respectful, and aligned with inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming practices.

Using evidence-based coaching models, we offer ongoing, individualized support tailored to each educator’s needs and classroom context.
Our services include classroom observations, actionable feedback, modeling of effective strategies, and co-planning to support implementation. Areas of focus include behavior management, differentiated instruction, collaboration, and supporting students with disabilities in inclusive settings.
Whether working with a new special education teacher, general education staff, or paraprofessionals, our goal is to build confidence, increase capacity, and create sustainable systems that foster success for both students and educators.

Workshop topics include introductions to special education, overviews of autism and neurodiversity, and evidence-based practices for supporting students with autism. We also offer sessions on behavior intervention strategies, effective collaboration and inclusion practices with staff and families, best practices for both teachers and paraprofessionals, and the use of assistive technology and AI in education. .

Special Education Document & Program Review
We provide comprehensive reviews of special education documents and programs to help districts ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with best practices. This service includes an in-depth analysis of IEPs, 504 Plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to assess legal compliance, clarity of goals, appropriateness of accommodations, and overall alignment with student needs.
In addition to individual document audits, we evaluate school-wide special education programming to identify strengths and areas for growth. Our reviews are grounded in inclusive, evidence-based practices and are designed to help schools ensure that systems and supports meet the needs of all learners.
